TEDWomen brought together a global community of people interested in exploring how change begins: with innovative thinkers who catalyze ideas toward action. The TEDxMinneapolis community came together to honor and celebrate past speaker Nora McInerny, who gave a talk at TEDWomen 2018: Showing Up. The viewing was followed by a talk back panel with lead curator Megan Mrozek and past speakers Jane Whitlock and Damaris Hollingsworth who shared a behind-the-scenes perspective of how TEDx speakers are selected and the preparation process behind these great talks.
